For the last three years, Cory Lopez has teamed up with his longtime sponsor O’Neill to host the Bred To Shred surf contest. This contest is 100% free and 100% for the kids. Families from Jacksonville, Cocoa Beach and our surrounding areas line up at the beach approach waiting for the gates to opened. Every grom that entered and competed received a gift bag that was filled with product from the sponsors. O’Neill, Corkcicle, Sun Bum, and On A Mission Surf rose to the occasion to make sure the groms would be stoked on their gift bags! This event is always such a great time with grinning groms filling the inlet throughout the day. Another successful Bred To Shred is in the books and we can’t imagine that next year would be any different. We were stoked to be a part of this competition and look forward to next year.
